If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as you become aware of this and our customer service team will be happy advise upon the delivery of the missing item.
Most orders ship next day if in stock, if you have not recieved your order, please contact our support team by emailing email@example.com or alternatively, call us and quote your order number.

If any of your order is damaged, please report it to our customer services team within 48hrs of receipt of your delivery, if the damage is visible on the outer packaging, please where possible, note this on the delivery note when signing for your parcel(s) by signing 'Damaged' on your delivery form.
Standard next working day delivery is £4.95 + VAT and free for orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For furniture, you will have the option to upgrade your delivery to next day and also have the option for installation where available.

We offer a guest checkout option if you do not wish to create an account. If you check out with a guest account, please note that you cannot log in to check the status and track the delivery of your order.

Some manufacturers are happy to provide free samples, especially if you wish to place a large order if you are happy with the sample product. please contact us for more information.
We aim to collect returns within 72 hours from the return being raised. Often returns are collected by a different courier than your replacement item.
As a minimum, furniture is delivered curb-side as close to the entrance of the property as possible, in most cases, delivery drivers are happy to take furniture to a room of choice, however this is not always possible due to insurance purposes. If you would prefer, we offer a furniture installation for a small fee.
